Thank you for your interest in registering a team for the NAMI Louisville Step Forward for Mental Health Walk! NAMI Louisville is happy to provide our community with discounted ticket prices when bringing larger groups attending the event. We encourage you to review the options listed and choose the appropriate number for your team.

*Please provide us with the names of all attendees for check-in purposes.

If you are a sponsor or part of a sponsor team and claiming a free ticket, DO NOT BUY A NEW TICKET! Find your NAMI Louisville contact from your organization and share with them your name, phone number, and email. They will get in contact with us to secure your ticket.

We will give out awards for the largest teams, so bring in those numbers!
